Day 2 on the calorie tracker

Okay, I've stuck with it for a second day, and kept my calorie log up to date on the "MyPlate" service at Livstrong.com. I think I can stick with this program. I made a poor choice for dinner. That and no ride pushed me over my 26 calories, but I think I'll survive. By measuring my intake I think I can learn to manage it.

    I need to check that MyPlate service out, using dailyburn at the moment.
